I provide end-to-end LiDAR and drone survey services — from flight planning and precision data acquisition through to classified point cloud deliverables and applied spatial analysis. Over four years and many hundreds of hectares and linear kilometres of survey work, I have developed workflows that consistently meet survey-grade accuracy standards, with full GCP tie-in and internal precision validation on every project.

Core service
GCP-tied, survey-grade point cloud capture with full internal precision validation. Deliverables in classified .laz format (ground, vegetation, structure). Suitable for DEM/DTM generation, volume calculations, and engineering decision support.
Utilities & infrastructure
Automated detection and quantification of vegetation within regulated clearance envelopes. Analysis mapped to NERC compliance thresholds by nominal voltage. Corridor-scale reporting suitable for utility regulatory submissions.
Engineering & exploration
Autonomous LiDAR deployment into canyons, tunnels, caves, and confined spaces where GNSS is unavailable. Georeferenced outputs for structural assessment, engineering feasibility, and geological mapping.
Multi-sector
High-resolution orthomosaics and 3D Gaussian Splat / mesh outputs for site documentation, construction monitoring, and asset inspection. Paired with LiDAR where sub-centimetre accuracy is required.
Forestry & municipal
Vegetation structure analysis, fuel load characterisation, and defensible space mapping in support of FireSmart and WUI compliance programs. Scalable from single parcels to regional corridor assessments.

Bespoke point cloud algorithms for specific analytical needs — clearance envelopes, encroachment detection, terrain change, structural feature extraction. Outputs formatted for downstream engineering or GIS workflows.
